We obtained your personal data through your previous relationship with WUNDER TRAINING or through your current relationship with our company, either because you are a member or because you have requested information on our services.

Which personal data do we process?

Where provided voluntarily during a previous relationship with us, we might also have the following data:

We process the data on our members and contacts for the following purposes, in order to be able to offer a better service adapted to the needs of our clients:

• • To create or adapt the training plans and health treatments that the member undertakes at WUNDER TRAINING.
  • To manage the relationship with our clients arising from the contracting of the WUNDER TRAINING services.
  • To send promotional information on WUNDER TRAINING by text message, telephone, post or e-mail, even when our relationship has ended, except where the data subject indicates otherwise.

To invite data subjects to events organised by WUNDER TRAINING.

• Basic profile preparation activities based on the information you have provided directly, and used to ensure the above activities are appropriately managed.

Why can we process your personal data?
The processing of your personal data relating to your relationship with WUNDER TRAINING as a member or client of any of our services is legitimated, as it is necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations arising from this relationship.

The processing of your personal data to send promotional information on activities, campaigns or initiatives by WUNDER TRAINING responds to a legitimate interest by our company and is authorised by law.

When and why can we provide your data to third parties?
