We personalise your training plan in line with your goals, age and physical fitness
After an initial interview with a trainer, we will design your personal training plan with you, bearing in mind your goals and adapting it to your age and physical fitness.
Over three initial sessions with the trainer, you will learn about our training method and how to use our equipment and machines so that you can enjoy your training independently with your exercise dossier, with the supervision and advice of our trainers and medical team.
After the fourth session, you will be ready to train on your own, on the days and at the times you prefer.
Every ten sessions, will be able to take a Control Session with one of our trainers, which lasts 30 minutes. These sessions will be used to adapt your plan and your training goals over time.
Our training method is designed so you you can improve your physical fitness and gain in health and well-being with just two 60-minute sessions a week.

STRENGTH EXERCISES
The first part of your personal training plan involves training muscle strength.
We use the H.I.S.T (High Intensity Strength Training) method for strength training, which is the most effective, fastest and healthiest way of increasing muscle strength. Each muscle strength exercise is carried out for 60-90 seconds at a slow rate until the local exhaustion of the muscles involved. You can train with lighter weights to achieve the same effects on the muscle with a lighter load on the joints. The exercise programme works the entire body, generally with a maximum of ten exercises. Our trainers supervise and advise you on performing the exercises correctly and precisely.
The strength exercises are performed on MedX machines, with excellent biomechanical precision and isolation of each muscle or muscle group.

RESISTANCE EXERCISES
The second part of your personal training plan involves training cardiovascular resistance.
At Wunder Training, strength and resistance training are closely linked, as the heart in the most important muscle in the body. The muscles and the cardiovascular system must be regularly strengthened and it is very important for our health that strength and resistance training go hand in hand.
Strength exercises are performed at the start of the session and resistance or cardiovascular exercises generally at the end, in order to optimise the benefits of each training session. This leads to a fast and effective increase in your resistance.
At Wunder Training, we use Techno Gym technology for these exercises.

MOBILITY EXERCISES
The third part of your personal training plan involves training joint mobility and muscle flexibility.
As with strength and resistance, age and an unhealthy lifestyle can decrease the body’s natural mobility. Over time, this can lead to problems and injuries in our musculoskeletal system.
The Wunder Training stretching, flexibility and mobility equipment is used for programmes to improve the mobility of the spinal column, hips, knees, shoulders, elbows and wrists. It also stretches the main muscle groups.
At Wunder Training, we use Five Konzept and MedX technology for these exercises.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES
The fourth part of your personal training plan involves functional training.
Your personal training plan includes a selection of functional exercises for your specific needs, which are included in your training dossier so that you can do them by yourself.
Functional exercises include all the aspects of movement of our body. We do not train an isolated muscle group but the body as a whole. These are performed without machines, and will help you gain strength, resistance, mobility and flexibility for comprehensive results.
Functional training makes every-day movements more efficient, as they imitate daily movements such as walking, jumping, climbing stairs, lifting weights, pulling, etc.
PERSONAL AND PHYSIOTHERAPY SESSIONS
For faster progress and a more personalised training plan, we recommend you complete your your strength, resistance, mobility and functional exercises with regular personal sessions with a trainer and/or physiotherapy sessions.
