We offer personal training sessions with your training coach or tutor to improve and complete your training plan of strength, resistance, mobility and functional exercises.
By adding the Personal Training Session to your training plan you will be able to adapt the training even better to your needs and goals.
The personal training sessions are always accompanied by a personal trainer, last for 60 minutes, and can be completed on site or remotely via videocall.

What does the personal training session consist of?
This session consists of different activities and exercises depending on the needs and goals of the client, and his or her age and physical fitness.
The session will be configured between the client and the trainer from the following possibilities, which will be adapted over time:
- Review and adaptation of the strength, resistance, mobility and functional exercise sheet
- Medical back therapy session using Lumbar Extension and/or Cervical Extension equipment
- Personal exercises without machines that require the help of a trainer in order to alleviate specific pain, improve sport performance, functional mobility, stretching, and re-adaptation after an injury, etc.
- Recommendation and/or monitoring of physical activity off our premises.
- Planning and monitoring of the year’s season in line with your goals or needs.
- Monitoring of body parameters: weight, % of fat and muscle, % of bone mass.
- Review and scheduling of future sessions to meet your goals.
Types of personal training session
- Sports sessions: focusing on specific physical preparation for your sport. We design, adapt and plan all your training sessions to improve performance and avoid injuries.
- Therapy sessions: focusing on complementing the training session to eliminate pain, excess stress, stiffness and a lack of flexibility, and to correct bad postures and bad body habits.
- Sessions for physical re-adaptation of injuries: focusing on complementing and adapting the Wunder Training session during the last stage of recovery from an injury or for chronic injuries.
- High-intensity sessions: focusing on intensifying and complementing the training session with different techniques and functional exercises for the physically fit who are looking for the maximum level of intensity and demand.
- Sessions for the elderly: focusing on facilitating physical exercise in the elderly or people with reduced mobility, considering their specific needs.
In short, we provide you with your own training coach or tutor. This means you will be able to use the resources of our multidisciplinary team (trainers, physiotherapists, osteopaths and doctors) to look after your musculoskeletal system, with the advice of your training coach or tutor who will be fully aware of your goals, progress and needs at all times.
