Wunder Training is a physical training and lumbar and cervical back therapy centre
In Barcelona since 2008, it combines health sciences with physical exercise, specialising in the care and maintenance of the musculoskeletal system, and in the prevention and treatment of back pain.
We have a multidisciplinary team of professionals made up of trainers, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and doctors specialising in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
Wunder Training is a health centre certified by the Generalitat de Catalunya Department of Health.

HOW WE DO IT: THE WUNDER TRAINING METHOD
PERSONAL TRAINING
Our method consists of a personal training plan with our trainers and specialist doctors for people of any age and physical fitness, which combines the following:
- Muscle strength, cardiovascular resistance, joint mobility and muscle flexibility exercises, and functional exercises involving movement that are performed independently
- The goal is to improve physical fitness, sporting performance and, in short, your health and quality of life.

MEDICAL BACK THERAPY
In cases of specific or chronic back pain, our doctors decide whether lumbar and/or cervical therapy using our Medx machines is required before the training plan. The therapy is characterised by the following:
- Lumbar and cervical strengthening, balance and mobility sessions, always accompanied by a trainer
- Personal, specific or regular sessions, with a trainer and/or physiotherapy session, to enhance the efficiency of the therapy
The goal of the therapy is to eliminate or significantly reduce back pain.
The personal training plan involving our trainers and medical team begins after the back therapy.
