Wunder Training Medical Therapy for Back Pain
Around 80% of all cases of chronic back pain are due to a lack of strength in the muscles surrounding the spinal column. This muscle weakness makes the spinal column unstable, with pain and injuries appearing over time. In the Wunder Training medical muscle strengthening therapy we use strengthening machines especially designed to pin-point these muscles and exercise them safely so that they recover their strength.
Before being able to recommend this treatment, our medical team must perform a fitness study on the spinal column and the muscles surrounding it for each patient. This is the only way of determining whether a person is suitable for receiving the treatment and whether it would benefit his or her health.

Following the Free Medical Examination to determine the initial fitness of the person’s spinal column, the therapy begins that consists of a medical muscle strengthening treatment using Medx machines, which are considered to have the highest standard of quality in the rehabilitation and sports sector, with a great many scientific studies endorsing their benefits.
The design of the Medical Back Therapy machines means that the deep spinal column muscles can be pin-pointed to make them stronger. The treatment is controlled by a medical team (at the start, half-way through, and at the end) and the sessions are accompanied by a physiotherapist. It lasts for 12-18 sessions, with two 30-minute sessions a week.
